Aid Stations

Aid Stations are no further than 2.7km apart and are set up in the below order:

• Signage to indicate you are approaching an aid station
• Litter zone – please help us keep the course and environment clean by only disposing of rubbish on that area
• Water
• Infinit (Speed)
• Coca Cola

Make sure to keep hydrated and on top of your nutrition for your very best race!
