Race Pack Collection
Collect your bib, timing chip, purchased merchandise and event information before race day. Choose Rockhampton on Thursday or Yeppoon on Saturday.

Choose the location that suits you. Race packs must be collected during one of the listed sessions.

No standard race-day collection
Standard and Early Bird entrants must collect their race pack before their event. Premium Late Entry is the only exception.
Have your details ready
Having your confirmation open before you reach the desk will keep collection moving quickly.
Collecting your own pack
Bring the Race Roster confirmation emailed to you when registration was completed.
- Race Roster confirmation email
- Participant name and registered event
- Purchased merchandise details, if applicable
Collecting for someone else
You will need proof that the participant has authorised you to collect their pack.
- Copy of the participant registration email
- Permission from the registered participant
- Participant name and event clearly shown

Check your pack before leaving the collection venue so any questions can be resolved there.

Your event bib and participant details.
Timing chip
Attached to the back of timed-event bibs.
Merchandise
Any items purchased with your registration.
Event information
Sponsor information and event goodies.
Arrive race-ready
Collect your pack, check your final event details and allow plenty of time before your start.
