To ensure the safety of all participants and create a smooth experience during the Yeppoon Running Festival, several roads will be closed on 27 July 2025 from 4:00AM to 1:00PM.
Important Information About Road Closures
To ensure the safety of participants and spectators, the Yeppoon Running Festival will involve council and police-approved road closures, expertly managed by official traffic management teams. We understand road closures can be inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to minimise the impact on our community.
We are committed to reopening all roads as quickly as possible once the events are completed. Our team carefully plans these closures to strike a balance between a safe and exciting race and minimal disruption to everyday activities.

All drivers and pedestrians must follow the instructions of traffic controllers at all times — their directions are in place to keep everyone safe.
